Production line of pochvosmesey
Production line of pochvosmesey designed for pre and final grinding of soil materials (including silt) , supplements and weight dosing, followed by mixing, and filling into bags.
The line consists of:
· bucket loading conveyor of raw materials ;
· rotary disc grinder large pieces;
· screening for the subsequent separation of finely ground raw materials from pieces of medium size;
· hammer mill for final grinding of raw material;
· horizontal ribbon mixer with scale for cooking pochvosmesey with necessary additives;
· packing unit with semi-automatic screw dispenser bags.
Capacity: up to 1T/hour (depends on the type and planetesimal)
