Chopper hay and straw
Designed for preparation of hay and straw feed, bedding for animals and poultry, as well as for the manufacture of fuel briquettes and pallets.
Job description:
Hay and straw tightened the air flow in the neck of the straw-cutter where the cutter bar disc type consisting of 6 knives and 6 counter plates pre-crushed (up to 50-70 mm).
Further, the raw material fed to the crushing chamber in which the hammers are crushed down to a powder. The degree of grinding is governed by the diameters of the holes in the removable stainless steel sieve.
After the crushed particles are sucked in surasena space of the fan impeller, discharge pipe and fed into the cyclone where they are separated from the air and are deposited.
At the request of the customer produce interchangeable sieve with holes diameter from 2.0 to 16.0 mm, to obtain the necessary degree of grinding hay and straw.
