Job description:
The grain is drawn into the receiving nozzle and a flexible hose enters the separator for separating mineral and magnetic impurities, and from it into the crusher where it is crushed by hammers.
Hay, straw, oil cake (meal) is loaded into the receiving hopper manually airflow where they are sucked into the mouth of the crusher, where 4 commercially manufactured knives and 4 counter plates are pre-crushed.
Further the raw materials as the grain enters the crushing chamber, where it is ground by the hammers. The degree of grinding depends on the diameter of the holes in an easily exchangeable steel sieves.
After grinding, the particles are sucked in over the sieve space of the impeller and through the outlet may be sent or in a cyclone-discharger or directly into the hopper or mixer feed installations.
