A continuous-type machine is used in the production of cereals and the preparation of grain for milling.
Designed for peeling (removing the flower, the seed coat and grinding of wheat, barley, peas, millet, rye, sariza and also for grinding and polishing of cereals, wheat, corn, barley.
Job description:
The grain to be processed through the hopper enters the space between the rotating abrasive wheels and stationary perforated cylinder. Here, due to intense friction, while advancing the grain to the exhaust pipe the separation membranes through the holes of the perforated cylinder air flow by the fan into the cyclone of the machine.
Grain is unloaded from the machine through the discharge nozzle. The performance and degree of processing are regulated by dampers.
