Distinctive features of the confectionary oven PACK-2:

· heating inside baking forms even when the forms are opened they do not lose temperature;

· temperature on each top and bottom plate is regulated separately;

· precision keep the temperature on the form only 7 degrees;

· locks on the form open/close automatically;

· eat waffle products from the furnace is carried out automatically by means of a vacuum suction cups;

· bunker for a test volume of 60 liters equipped with a stirrer.
