Automatic plant sprinkling ALP-1000
The machine is designed for decorating the top the surface of the confectionery (candy, cracker, dried, confectionery layers and etc.) of the granular fraction (walnut, sugar, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, etc.). Machine used in production of confectionery production lines of chocolates, biscuits.
Working principle:
Bulk fraction (walnut, sunflower seeds, pumpkin, flax, etc.) is automatically fed into the receiving the hopper of the spreading line where there is a distribution of the granular fraction smooth a curtain of a given thickness on top of the pastry. The excess granular fraction fall into a special bunker, where are also automatically fed into the receiving the bunker line of the topping, so the topping line is completely closed cycle, which excludes the mass of manual labor.
