Boiler Steam kettle electric KPIs (60, 100, 160, 200, 250 litres) is modern high-tech universal industrial equipment, intended for the preparation of a wide range of products:
· Patisserie industry – sugar syrup, invert syrup, condensed milk, patisserie or chocolate icing, jam, marshmallow spread, caramel mass, any confectionery mass, toppings, jellies, vegetable and fruit mass, etc.
· Culinary production - preparation of the second and third dishes catering: soups, vegetables, side dishes, compotes, beverages, sauces and boiling water.
· Dairy industry – boiling milk. Digesters klassificeret according to environment heating in the external boiler water and steam oil boilers.
Boiler KPI combines all three boilers.
Device: three-layer capacity, made fully stainless steel, with jacket, heat carrier: oil, water, steam. Mixing device (mixer) frame type made of stainless steel. Gear motor made in Italy (Transtecno), the Number of revolutions mixers 25-28 per minute. There Tenna box. There are 2 controller temperature: one in Tannoy box, the second in the tank with the product.
