Dough divider string

The divider string to the ovens PC-2 and PAM-2U is designed for quick production of precise workpieces from dough. Ideal for cookies, nuts, tarts, hearts filling etc the Dispenser consists of two parts - the string frame and a string knife. The advantages of the string of dough divider:

· Performance. For one cycle test (30 seconds) obtained 238 blanks. Performance = 238 / 30 = 8 blanks to second.

· Precisionon much higher than rolling pins with disc knives. A big problem with rolling pins disk knives is that while dividing the dough begins to adhere between the knives and drawn out, and often does "wound" between knives. In these circumstances to speak about accuracy is not necessary. The main thing the advantage of the string of dough divider is that between the strings of the dough sticks and not extended, therefore the accuracy of the obtained workpieces is +/- 3%.
