Transport the wafer sheet conveyor tkv-2 pbox is designed for cooling of wafer products in the process of moving from the furnace to the site further processing.

The principle work:

Wafer sheet is fed to the transport pipeline and moves to the restraint of the chain, where there is cooling and stabilization of wafer products in a natural way. Three modes movement of chain conveyor:

0 – always on, used for service functions (validation, cleanup, etc.);

1 – motion sensor, after 3 seconds the passage of the sheet conveyor is offset by 1 position;

2 – the movement on the timer, the conveyor is moved to one position for a given time.
