Separator SOR.II-2-KS –coalescence separator and sorption filter in a single package
These separators are intended for purification of wastewater polluted with oil products with the density from 750 to 950 kg. m-3, with a transition temperature to a liquid state above +4°C, with a concentration of impurities up to 5000 mg/l in gravity flow drains. Usually this wastewater (rain) water from contaminated or oiled, where the handling of oil products. The wastewater from car wash, filling station area, Parking lots, industrial sites or other contaminated oils and oil facilities.
Coalescence type separator SOR.II is a reservoir, in which welded: a tank for collecting petroleum products, coalescence insert, semi-submersible partition, space for maintenance, overflow coalescence filter, sorption filter, sorption filter overflow and place of sampling.
The wastewater enters the sedimentation reservoir where EXPLOSIVES are precipitated and separated gasoline and kerosene. Then the wastewater flows to two-stage coalescence separator, which separates floating oil products (NEL) and BB density greater than 1,100 kg/m3 and a diameter above 0.2 mm, provided that the petroleum products are in the form of an emulsion, and EXPLOSIVES in the form of a dispersion. The separated petroleum products are delayed semi-submersible partition and then manually drawn off to the tank. Capture the remaining oil particles is provided by the dynamic absorption in a sorption filter.
The service life of the sorbent due to the number of oil and EXPLOSIVES at the entrance, on the surface Fibroilа adsorbed only petroleum products that are not in the form of stable emulsions.
