Modifier EMPI-1 is a composition of mineral oil thickened polarized fullerene composition. The modifier is expressed in the creation of a special protective film up to a thickness of 100 nm on the friction surfaces.

Applies to:
for axlebox nodes cars with cylindrical bearings;
- lubricate the inside surface of caps mounting and viewing, cylindrical mounting surface of the mounting cap and the corresponding surface of the housing bushing, bolts M20 mounting cover and mounting holes for them, bolt M12 inspection cover and holes under them – 15±5 g per 1 axlebox node;
- at the current repair of wheel pairs (the ordinary examination) to lubricate bolts and M12 holes under them;
- after washing wheelset in storage for more than one but less than ten days for the lubrication of the inner rings and labyrinth, in the absence of journals and predpochtenii parts axle parts axle unit and the internal Seating surfaces of buildings books.
