Compressor ВП3-20/9 - designed to supply compressed air equipment of various industries in countries with moderate and cold (performance UHL4) climate when operating in confined areas.
Compressor ВП3-20/9 - two-stage crosshead angled on the basis of 3P. The cylinder of the first stage is oriented vertically, the second stage is horizontal. The air in the compressor is compressed sequentially in two steps. After compression in the first stage, the hot air is cooled in the intermediate refrigerator and enters the cylinder of the second stage, then, end refrigerator, air manifold and to the consumer. The cooling of the cylinders of the compressor VP-20/8 and refrigerators is done with water pressure of not more than 3.0 kgf/cm2.
Frame - cast iron casting-box shape.
Crankshaft - steel single-crank, mounted on two radial spherical roller bearings do not require maintenance. The neck is mounted on the connecting rod and two rod. On the console end of the shaft is pressed onto the rotor of the electric motor.
