Fixture Burner-100 is designed for drilling-out cylindrical samples of cores in concrete structures to determine concrete strength. Burger-100 can be used indoors and outdoors in ambient temperatures and concrete structures from +1 to +30 °C.
The principle of operation of Burner-100:
Fixture Burger-100 made in the form of a lightweight mechanism to the original design flow of the tubular diamond drill bit which is fixed on the surface of the concrete by means of three clamps.
Drive Burner-100 is a drill. Cooling the diamond drill and remove products, drilling water, gravity fed from a separate container.
Device Burker-100:
Fixture Burner-100 consists of: a cylindrical body with an external thread on which a nut rotates with the arms; in the upper part of the casing is screwed a bearing Assembly in which the spindle rotates, transmitting torque from the drill to the drill bit; the drill bit is screwed on the bushing that slides in the longitudinal keyway slot of the spindle.
