rebar is designed to limit the maximum or minimum (depending on settings) pneumatic signals received at its input.
TECHNICAL DATA:
The range of variation of input and output analog signal is 20-100 kPa (0.2-1.0 kg/cm2).
The pressure of the job is changed in the range of 20-100 kPa (0.2-1.0 kg/cm2).
The working range limits of the pressure is: 20-70 kPa (0.2-0.7 kgf/cm2) - low; 50-100 kPa (0.5-1.0 kg/cm2) - max.
The supply pressure of compressed air 140 kPa±14 kPa (1.4 kgf/cm2 ± 0,14 kgf/cm2).
Technical characteristics of the feed air according to GOST 17433-80. Pollution classes 0 and 1.
The maximum permissible error is expressed as a percentage of the working range of input signals (80 kPa – 0,8 kgs/cm2) the difference between actual inlet pressure and pressure restrictions at the time when the output changes repeat signal (the input to the bounding and Vice versa) is ±0,5 %.
The permissible error of the repeating signal is taken in percentage from 80 kPa (0.8 kgf/cm2), the greatest difference between the pressure limit and the output pressure does not exceed ±0,5 %.
