Concrete pipe machine KMS 800 with three molds for simultaneous production;
It produces concrete pipes with diameters ranging from Ø150 mm to Ø800 mm with a minimum length of 1000 mm and a maximum length of 2000 mm in accordance with Iller Bank TSE 821 specification.
Three molds for Ø150mm and Ø200mm concrete pipes, two molds for Ø300mm concrete pipes and one mold for other diameters can be connected at the same time.
Molds and trays with built-in gasket or hinged section gasket are produced according to requirements from Ø150 mm to 800 mm.
Our machines, manufactured in accordance with the KMS quality and trust policy, operate without any problems for many years.
Vibration system of the machine with a closed liquid oil circulation system.
The automatic lubrication system is activated when the machine is running.
The vibrator uses SKF or FAG bearings that are resistant to high cycles and heat.
Molds are made on CNC lathes according to dimensions and stamping method.
The manufactured concrete pipes are transported by forklift and delivered to the drying area.
