Machine for the production of concrete pipes KMS 3000;
It produces concrete pipes with diameters ranging from Ø800 mm to Ø3000 mm with lengths starting from 2000 mm and a maximum length of 2500 mm in accordance with Iller Bank TSE 821 specification.
Production is carried out by connecting one mold of all diameters.
Molds and trays with built-in gasket or hinged section gasket are produced according to requirements from Ø800 mm to Ø3000 mm.
Vibration system of the machine with a closed liquid oil circulation system.
The automatic lubrication system is activated when the machine is running.
The vibrator uses SKF or FAG bearings that are resistant to high cycles and heat.
The manufactured concrete pipes are transported to the drying area using a crane system.
Our machine has been designed to produce concrete pipes in the fastest and most convenient way.
