Wear resistant pumps with agitator for heavy abrasive slurries Toyo, Japan
Offer type: salePublished: 27.02.2015
Toyo is a Japanese manufacturer of centrifugal self-priming low-speed pumps increased wear resistance for underwater mining of placer minerals, sand and gravel mixtures, raw materials for manufacture of building materials, pumping sand, bentonite, cement, bentonite, viscous, abrasive and vodoroslevyh environments in industry and construction.
Offers submersible, semi-submersible and surface "armored" pumps in horizontal and vertical execution.
Pumps and excavators have an electric or hydraulic drive.
The pumps are equipped with a patented Toyo agitator agitator unique design. Agitator - mixer mixes the solids in the fluid and allows for continuous pumping of highly concentrated abrasive materials.
Working lionfish, wear plate - "rumble strips" and the agitator - mixer are made of legirovannoi steel with high chromium content Cr 24-28%.
Pumps and excavators have high productivity and power of a relatively small size and weight.
Features Japanese Toyo pumps:
-performance 6 - 900 m3/h
-head 5 - 62 m
-power 0,75 - 220 kW
weight 90 - 3 500 kg
-the maximum size of the discharge pipe of 250 mm
-maximum size of solid particles - 120 mm
-maximum solids content by weight - 70%
-temperature up to 80 deg. With
--the level of acidity of the medium pumped - up to 9.5 pH
-to work at great depths with the use of pressurizer - up to 120 m
-high-strength housing
-enhanced enlarged diameter shaft
-motor with high torque and the service factor is 1.35
