Barrel pumps made of polyvinylidene difluoride series designed for PVDF pumping highly aggressive environments, concentrated acids and alkalis from the standard containers (drums, pallet containers (IBC-containers) or non-standard containers with a height up to 2.5 m
The pump shaft is made of Nickel alloy - Hastelloy.
Based on the technological requirements, the impeller of the pump may be of 2 types: L - productive, R - pressure.
Two versions of the pump:
- DL - without sealing elements
- GLRD - with mechanical seal in heel pump, protecting the space between the shaft and the protective tube from getting pumped environment.
Equipment GLRD for drum pumps applies only in the case if the liquid is able to crystallize or to adhere to the shaft, thereby interfering with its free rotation.
Standard-length submersible parts drum pumps: 1000 mm for drums, 1200 mm for pallet containers.
On customer request for pumps PVDF can be made with the length of the submerged part of from 500 to 3000 mm
Equipped with pumps of various types of actuators: electric motors from 460 to 795 W and pneumatic 400W.
Motors for drum pumps can be equipped with regulators speed, protection from low-voltage disconnect. You can also to order stainless steel design of the engine, protecting their internal parts from damage in pairs acids.
