Screed EV-270 and EV-A are designed to seal and
levelling concrete mixture when the concrete roads, floors, grounds and
other coatings.
Screed consist of beam length from 1700 to 4200 mm, mounted with
vibrator Electromechanical General purpose circular
fluctuations YVES-B or YVES-B which is a three-phase
asynchronous motor with squirrel-cage rotor with
mounted on the shaft ends of the rotor de-balancers. The non-balances, rotating with
the shaft of the rotor, creating a driving force.
For regulating the magnitude of driving force of the vibrator on non-balances
both ends of the shaft is made double. The regulation is
by changing the angle between the movable and stationary non-balances on both
the ends of the shaft.
The screed EV-270 beam is a structure of two
square tube corresponding element stiffness (steel plates). The
screed EV-A beam has a design channel.
Screed can work with adjustable electronic Converter
frequency, allowing to change the vibration frequency of from 0 to 1.5 nominal,
the permissible values of driving force, to save
electricity, to limit inrush currents, to choose the optimal mode
works.
