The vibrating screen is designed for fractional division inert fillers. Vibrating screen is used on construction sites and in manufacturing plants for sifting granular components of concrete mixtures (sand, gravel, screenings, and so on).

Often, many technological processes require the separation of substances by fractional the composition, which in the context of industrial complexes is carried out at a special unit - shakers.

The shaker is a mechanical device for dividing by fractions of bulk materials by sieving them through screening surface (grating or grid) to a specific value holes or cracks. Type of vibrating screens are chosen based on the expected task, because different models precision separation of bulk materials particle size can vary from rough to a meticulous sifting classification of impurities.

The main working part shakers are a variety of screening surface. The second component of the shakers, they are installed screening elements, special acts plate (desktop). When turning on the unit plate desktop begins to oscillate, causing the particles of the material to prostiutes through the holes or slits of the screening surface.

A distinctive feature of the installation is the ability to download material on two sides, which significantly increases convenience and speed on the screen, and the ability to change the sieves for separating larger or smaller fractions. On customer's request, the cell size can be reduced or increased.

Vibrating screen is manufactured on the base pad vibrator EV-320.
