Proposed high-performance technology for fine purification of transformer oil.
The equipment allows to:
F Carry out the work directly to the customer without draining oil from transformers, if needed, without turn-off voltage.
F to Recover the dielectric properties transformer oils, high voltage equipment to bring to the norm the acid number and tg dielectric loss, to completely remove the moisture content and water soluble acid and alkali to raise the temperature of the flash.
F to Remove the abrasive and metal particles size up to 1-4 μm.
Additionally manufacture replacement of silica gel prepared in thermosyphon and air filters, transformers and input Ionol antioxidant additives.
Equipment mobile (mounted on the base, a/m Gazelle), quick to connect, high-performance (13-17 l/min).
The cost cleaning depends on the type of oil, its degree of contamination, humidity and other parameters shall be determined after chemical analysis of the test dielectric strength and estimated in the range of 20% -50% of the cost of new oil.
