Rectifier welding VDU-505 is designed for manual arc welding stick electrodes and for one-post mechanized welding rectified current in carbon dioxide environment and submerged arc welding.
The rectifier can be applied to vozdushnogo cutting (gouging) carbon electrode.
The rectifier consists of a power transformer, power thyristors, surge reactor, choke welding circuit, a magnetic amplifier, a network circuit breaker, a control unit, unit equipment, blower with motor.
All components of the rectifier mounted on the frame and protected by a casing.
Welding rectifier VDU-505 is universal and has steep and hard (polegada) external characteristics.
