The extruder grain runs from the PTO of the tractor (except tractor T-25).
Performance for grain ( wheat, corn, peas, barley, rye, seromas) 90-130 kg/hour.
For normal operation of the extruder, the moisture content of the grain should be 18-20%.

When the extrusion pressure is achieved 20-30 ATM, a temperature of 120-180°C. hydrolysis of starch with increasing number of dextrins and total sugars, destroyed the structure of cell walls, cellulose dissolves in the secondary sugar, in consequence of which improves the digestibility of forage and palatability, and destruction of pathogenic microflora. There is a significant increase in digestibility (from 45% in the traditional processing of grain) up to 95%.
For example, the use of the extrudate peas, corn, barley, wheat feeding pigs allows you to:
- to intensify average daily weight gain of pigs by 15.7% to 27%, reduce feed consumption (including scarce fodder of animal origin);
- to reduce the mortality of piglets due to a sharp (2-17 times) decrease in bacterial fungal contamination of grain.
