Serve for operations division of minerals sylvite and halite by flotation, based on the different ability of these minerals to gain a foothold on the interphase surface. The sylvite particles attach to the bubbles and are carried to the surface of the pulp, forming a layer of mineralized foam concentrate. Particles of halite - flotation tailings are dewatered and stored in salt dumps. The flotation process consists of basic control and roughing operations.
The enrichment process in the machine is as follows: the original pulp goes into the loading pocket, where through the feeding tube is sucked into the impeller and thrown into the head chamber of the machine. Starting from the second chamber, the pulp is pumped by the impeller from podpisannogo layer through the gap in the circulating pocket, a circulation pipe, the stator and again enters the impeller. Air is drawn in through the air intake from the atmosphere. During the movement along the machine from the pulp in each cell is extracted useful material. Having reached the last chamber, the pulp goes through a gate opening into the feed pocket, the Sands are discharged through the sand hole.
