Designed for large-scale production of frames from a variety of frames, including frames made of aluminum, and complex in form and richly decorated profiles of wood and plastic.
The machine is equipped with two saws with a fixed angle cut 45° on both sides, the pneumatic supply system of the saw unit and the workpiece clamp, cruise control, extension table 1000 mm, two exhaust nozzles for removal of waste products D-80 mm each (the amount of sucked air to each nozzle 320 m3/h, the speed of air in the system not less than 20 m/s). On request it is possible to supply the machine with cooling system saws when cutting workpieces made of aluminium, single-phase motor, vertical and frontal clamps, belt conveyor for removing scraps blanks, program management, automatic workpiece.
