Filters gas FG (hereinafter - filters) are designed to ensure proper treatment of natural gas from mechanical impurities. Increase the reliability, durability counters and other equipment items gas flow metering. On demand customer supplied with a meter or by separate order.
According the degree of filtration filters have these versions:
· FG filter with a filtering degree 50 microns;
· FG filter with a filtration degree of 250 μm (for technological purposes).
Performance the filters during operation is regulated by the pressure loss.
Value the pressure loss in the filter indicates the degree of contamination of the filter element.
Maximum the loss of pressure at the maximum flow rate does not exceed:
· for filters FG 1 nominal diameter 50,80,100,125,150 of 1.5 kPa;
· for filters PG rated diameter 200 - 1.8 kPa;
· for filters with FG nominal diameter of 250, 300 - 2,2 kPa;
· for filters with FG nominal diameter 50,80,100,125,150,200 to 0.8 kPa;
· for filters with FG nominal diameter of 250, 300 -1,2 kPa.
