Pneumohydraulic drive (GWP) , is used to control ball valve DN 150 PN 8,0 16,0... MPa, which is installed at the collection points and gas, compressor and gas distribution stations as shut-off device, intended for periodic overlap of sections of the pipeline when operation, preventive examinations, current repairs, as well as emergency the situations.
The EGR operation is provided at a temperature of ambient air from -60 °C to + 50 °C.
•EGR EQUIPPED WITH:
1.Unit control valves
- managing electrical signal DC voltage 24 V, 110 V or 220 V and local (manual) control;
- consumed by the electromagnet capacity not exceeding 20 W;
- unit includes built-in alarm (reed) the end positions of the valve.
2. Manual backup (pump hydraulic type NG-1)
- working fluid volume per cycle is not less than 50 cm3;
allowable pressure at the pump outlet 80 kgf/cm2
