Centrifugal pumps oil type ZN/112 and ZN/100

Pumps centrifugal types CN/112 and ZN/100 and electric pump units on their basis designed for pumping fuels for jet engines HOST-86, GOST-89 in pure form or with protivopodagricescie liquids up to 0.3% by weight (THF - HOST-86, THFM - TL6-10-1457-79, AND - GOST 8313-88-M TU 6-10-1457-79, gasoline HOST-77, aviation gasoline HOST-72 and diesel fuels HOST-82), as well as water and other liquids similar to water in viscosity and chemical activity.

Pumps are recoverable articles of the type 1 HOST.003-90.

Pumps and units are designed with the safety requirements defined GOST R 52743-2007.

Pumps (units) allowed for pumping liquids that are related to categories IIA, IIB and explosion hazard groups T1, T2, T3 according to GOST R.19. According to the classification electrical safety rules (rules for electrical installation) Pets installation of pumps in hazardous areas class In-Ia,-IB,-Iك, IN-IIA.

Design

Pump TSN - double-entry centrifugal, horizontal, single-stage two-way supply of liquid to the impeller and spiral tap. Case the pump has a connector in the horizontal plane passing through the axis of the rotor. Cover continues the configuration of the channels of the housing.

For pumps ZN/100, ZN/100-E, ZN/112, ZN/112-E, ZN/112-1, CN/112-S-1 (bottom position of the nozzles in the upper part of the cover has a hole MH,5 to attach vacuumless or system main washing. For pumps CN/112-2, ZN/112-E-2, CN/112-3, CN/112-E-3 (overhead pipe) hole for attaching vacuumless or main washing system is located on a discharge tube.

The main direction of rotation: left counterclockwise (for pumps with lower location of the nozzles) or right clockwise (for pumps with top location of the nozzles). Upon customer's request Pets produce pumps with opposite rotation of the rotor, the pump top arrangement of pipes with a device for mounting and actuator sensor the tachometer.

For sealing leaks on the shaft applied mechanical seal: single or single with an auxiliary or dual.

The impeller of the pump is double-entry that allows mainly to balance the axial forces. Residual axial forces are taken up angular contact bearings.
