Pumps triplex plunger crank type T, PT

The pumps triplex plunger crank PT and T are designed for pumping neutral or corrosive liquids, neutral materials hydraulic parts with a kinematic viscosity of not more than 800 mm2/s (8 St) temperature, depending on the implementation, from 243 K To 473 K (from minus 30 to + 200 °C). Permissible solid content of non-abrasive particles in the pumped liquid is not more than 0.2 mass%, the allowable size of not more than 0.2 mm Pumps and units used in industries that require high pressures, including explosive and fire (for example, hydraulic cleaning of process equipment). Design

The plunger Assembly of the crank consists of electrolights and pump, mounted on the frame. The pumps can be operated with drive electric motor, internal combustion engine or a diesel engine. The pump connection and the motor can be accessed through the V-belt transmission, through gearbox or directly through the clutch.

The pump plunger consists of drive and hydraulic parts. Drive the part contains a crankshaft for converting the rotational motion of the motor the reciprocating movement of the plungers.

Hydraulic part consists of the set, plungers, packing seals, suction and discharge valves, safety valve. The safety valve is adjusted to its nominal working pressure, and when necessary, the valve can be adjusted to different pressure. Units can connect to devices that regulate the engine speed.

On the basis of pumps type f and T are made installation UNIVERSITY, UPG and UPGD.
