We provide a full cycle of manufacture, approval by the Classification society, delivery, setting in place and routine maintenance. Marine auxiliary boilers KAB 1.6, 2.5, 4.7, 4.7 M, 6.3, 6.3 M, 16, 16M, with steam from 1.6 to 16 t/h:
The utilizing boilers PMC 20, 40, 80, 100, 150, 400, 600, 660, 1000, 1100, 1500 with a capacity from 2 up to 150 m3/h:
2. Repair
Spare parts for all types and models agnetron and water-tube auxiliary and digester:
HDW, ESH, AKS, La Mont, Aalborg, KAB, KBBA, KUP. All items will regional Register
To supply finished refractory materials to repair the lining and insulation of boilers. We also manufacture scarce special boiler refractory bricks.
Repairs are performed by a team of experienced welders-boilers with certificates RS/GL/LR, which cover the entire volume of repair work. Repair procedures are developed in accordance with the rules of the Register and are monitored by the inspector classification society
MOBILE REPAIR TEAMS
Our main pride is a universal repair crews came and receivers largest shipyard of the former USSR "Chernomorsky Shipbuilding yard" - experienced boilers certified in RMRS on the execution of the following works:
- Manual electric arc welding WPS 111;
- Welding machine components;
- Welding in shielding gases WPS 141;
- Welding of pressure vessels.
