Composition:Polydiethylsiloxane fluid PES) are polymers of linear structure.
Features:
•Liquid PES-5
provides excellent lubrication properties when sliding metal on metal, and
retains its properties at lower temperatures compared to
polydimethylsiloxane fluid.
•Liquid PES-5 does not oxidize at temperatures up to 150°C and remains thermally
stable in an inert environment to 225°C.
•Liquid PES-5 has a low surface tension.
•Liquid PES-5 chemically inert, corrosion-resistant.
•Liquid PES-5 has high dielectric properties, little independent
the frequency of the electric field.
•Liquid PES-5 has a low evaporation.
•Liquid PES-5 soluble in some organic solvents, compatible
with fats and vitamins.

The use of liquid PES-5:

ultra-deep wells at temperatures above +150°C and a pressure of 1200 psig.
•Damping fluid in the devices.
•Release liquid during casting of non-ferrous metals under pressure.
•Additive in the polishing-cleaning compositions of the household.
•The basis of release emulsions used in the manufacture of rubber
and plastic products.
