Rectifier welding EDC-303 is designed for complete welding machines for mechanized welding carbon dioxide consumable electrode.
The rectifier has external characteristics - hard.
It is designed to work in confined areas with the following
conditions:
- temperature environment -10°C
(263 K) to + 40°C (TS TO);
- relative humidity 80% at 20°C
(293 K);
- environment rectifier, explosive,
containing no conductive dust, corrosive gases and vapors, destructive
metal and insulation;
The structure and operation:
The rectifier is an installation,
providing energy converting three-phase AC power in
DC current power with the creation of the necessary stringent specifications and
ensuring that regulation is necessary welding (working) voltage
the required limits.
The rectifier provides a smoothly adjustable
operating voltage continuous adjustment is carried out by the potentiometer on
the remote control rectifier, which is connected to the connector, and
switch. Smooth control is carried out only under load.
Speed regulation is carried out by the switch SA1.
