Measuring the parameters of high-voltage insulation PDS-10

1.1 Purpose meter

1.1.1 PDS-10 is designed for measurement of the tangent of dielectric loss angle tgδ and capacity of high-voltage insulation With maintenance, repair, adjustment, testing various energy facilities as the place of their install and in the laboratory, as well as for measurement of the tangent of an angle dielectric loss and capacitance of various insulating materials.

1.1.2 PDS-10 produced in responsible the requirements of GOST 22261 for electronic measuring instruments group 4.

 

1.2 Conditions the operation of the meter

1.2.1 PDS-10 has the following normal conditions of use:

• the ambient air temperature, °C 20±5;

• relative humidity, % 30-50;

• atmospheric pressure, kPa (mm RT. Art.) 84-106 (630-795);

• the power supply frequency, Hz 50±1;

1.2.2 PDS-10 is designed for operation in the following operating conditions applications:

• the ambient air temperature, °C from minus 10 to plus 40;

• relative humidity, % to 90 at 30 °C;

• atmospheric pressure, kPa (mm RT. Art.) 70-106,7 (537-800);

• the power supply frequency, Hz 50±1 or 54±0.2 Hz;

1.2.3 Limiting conditions of transportation:

• the ambient air temperature, °C, from minus 50 to plus 50;

• relative humidity, % to 95 at 30 °C;

• atmospheric pressure, kPa (mm RT. Art.) 70-106,7 (537-800);

• transport shaking:

• the number of beats per minute 80-120;

• maximum acceleration, m/S2 30;

1.2.4 The operation of the product can be made by one operator from among electrical personnel who have studied this document, trained on the practical performance of the product, and having group safety in installations with voltages exceeding 1000 V, not less the third one.

 

 

1.3 Technical features

1.3.1 PDS-10 - bridge high-voltage, dual-band meter isolation options. PDS-10 provides a measurement of the tangent of dielectric losses and electrical capacitance. Specifications are given in tables 1 and 2.
