We produce plants for the production of biodiesel fuel flow of any vegetable oils (including waste) or animal fats on ANY given performance. Universal biodiesel plant is designed for production of biodiesel from vegetable oils (sunflower, soybean, rapeseed, corn, and others), fish oil, animal fats and technical methanol using an alkaline catalyst, followed by purification by filtration. Biodiesel biofuels with consumer properties similar to diesel. The principle of operation is to carry out a chemical reaction of oils or fats of biological origin with methanol and alkali at elevated temperature, followed by filtering with the aim of obtaining biodiesel. A side reaction products are glycerol and secondary methanol.
