different easy starting and re-ignition, soft and stable arc, provide a low-loss metal from spatter, uniform melting of the coating, good formation of weld metal, easy separation of slag crust. Electrodes ANO-36 is not very sensitive to the quality of the preparation edges, presence of rust and other surface contaminants.
Intended for manual arc welding of ordinary and critical constructions made of low-carbon steels (St 0, St 1, St 2 all groups A, B, C and all degrees of oxidation – the “KP”, “PS”, “SP”)
Welding in all spatial positions with direct current of either polarity and alternating current.The welding of vertical seams by method "top-down" is performed by a short arc or buttress. Should not allow flowing of slag the arc. For this purpose, the angle of elevation of the electrode to the vertical should be 40 – 70°. In the lower position the electrode should be inclined in the direction of welding from vertical 20° – 40 °
Welding after calcination: 110°C – 25 - 30 min.
