Semiautomatic welding Schweis IWS-300 – high-quality-inverter model combines several modes of welding at a constant current products of low-carbon and low-alloy types of steel and non-ferrous metals and stainless steel. The machine can weld:
1 conventional electrodes (Ø1,6-4mm) - MMA;
2 in shielding gas environment with an consumable electrode wire (Ø 0,6-1,0 mm) - MIG/MAG;
3 without protective gas flux wire - NO GAS;
4 by tungsten electrode in an argon atmosphere (optionally by connecting the valve with the burner contact arc ignition) - TIG DC.
Thanks to inverter technology, the device is compact, economical in energy consumption (3,8 kW) and can connect to regular single-phase outlet. A wide range of welding current (10-300A) allows to make high-quality welding seam on fine leaved metal products, not burning them, and provides a deep welding pool when working with a massive designs. Moreover, the weld quality will not be affected by the mains voltages up to 20% of nominal.
The device operates in active cooling, thermal protection and protection against over-current, installed reliable wire feeder. On the front panel consists of regulators of welding current, wire feed speed, digital display, mode selector, button rapid feed wire.
