The electrodes of CL-11 are designed for welding of critical items from corrosion-resistant chromium-Nickel steel grades 12X18H10T 12X18H9T, HIT, 08H18N12B and the like, in corrosive environments, when the weld metal have requirements of resistance to intergranular corrosion.
Conditions of use
Before welding electrodes CL-11, the surface of the metal being welded must clean away all contaminants. When welding to maintain the arc length and welding can be done by narrow beads (without cross fluctuations).
Electrodes CL-11 with a diameter up to 4.0 mm inclusive are used for welding direct current reverse polarity in all spatial positions, except vertical "top-down". Electrodes with a diameter of more than 4.0 mm used for welding in all positions except ceiling and vertical.
