Tops for processing frozen blocks are used for direct grinding of frozen blocks with high performance and are therefore widely used in the meat industry.
Corner top 200 is suitable for direct grinding of whole frozen meat blocks with temperatures down to -20°C, and for grinding fresh and frozen meat for the output grating 3 mm in one working cycle.
By optimizing the rotation speed of the screw conveyor with respect to the worker, it is possible to achieve very high performance without overheating the engine. With simultaneous loading in the bunker a few blocks.
