Line for production of straw – fully automated system, allowing to make bread sticks (a stick). Presented the option for photos and videos has a capacity of 50 kg/hour. Exhaust system not included in the basic kit the line of straws.

The technological process of work of a line:
After kneading the dough is loaded into a hopper MFS-2, then pumped the shaft the dough is extruded through the molding nozzle in the harness. Harness mesh conveyor falls into the soda bath, then moves to the block notches where the shaft is formed the length of the future straw. After the block spreading is decorating the product with salt or any other your chosen faction (sesame seeds, poppy seeds, sugar, etc.). Next, the bundles get to the area on a stainless baking grid. In the next step after outputs from the furnace is cooled by exhaust fans before removal. This ensures a low reject rate of finished products on the line, baking bread sticks.

- MFS-2 and PCM-4-600-OK 3 - output 50 kg/h mesh width 600 mm, power consumption 32 kW length 17 m;

- MFS-2 and PCM-4-400-OK-3 - capacity 34 kg/h mesh width 400 mm, power consumption 25 kW length 17 m;
- MFS-2 and PCM-7-600-OK 5 - output 90 kg/h mesh width 600 mm, power consumption: 52 kW length 27 m;
