Device for washing and rinsing bottles

Semi-automatic compact unit designed for washing and rinsing the inner and outer surfaces of glass bottles.

The device is operated by one operator.

The cleaning process:

1. The operator opens the lid and sets of injectors 4 bottles upside down

2. After closing the lid on the washing process starts automatically.

3. Water is mixed with cleaning solution in the inner and outer nozzles at a time specified by controller.

4. Bottle rotate

5. After washing stops the supply of the cleaning solution and begins the process of rinsing - in the inner and outer nozzles is supplied only water to set the controller time.

6. After the termination of the rinsing of the bottles with water, the operator opens the cover and removes the washed bottles with atomizers.

Performance depends on the size, shape of bottles and set time of wash/rinse ..... up to 450 bottles/hour

Food ... 220 V, 50 Hz

The working area of the device is closed by a transparent Plexiglas cover, which eliminates the water spray. At the bottom of each internal atomizer, there are special receivers of the spent solution and water.

The device is equipped with a tank volume of 30 liters for a washing solution, the concentration of which is regulated.
