We offer you a line for packing of cream butter/spreads/Margarines production company FASA.
The line is designed for:
- cutting 20 kg blocks butter to pieces
- homogenization, with the aim improve the consistency and distribution of moisture
small packing creamy oil matted foil or parchment briquettes for 500-1000g., ,200-500 g ,180-250 g, 100-125g. or 10(20,30)on the sales order.
- automatic stacking briquettes butter after small packing in carton without damaging the external the form of briquette.
The line includes:
- installation of cutting oil SLP
- homogenizer for butter SHG
- filling and packing machine АRМ
- stacker briquettes DSU
Each part has specific function, but is designed to work as one system.
Line capacity – up to 1 tons / hour
