We offer secondary granule for the production of polyethylene pipes (analogue of PE-100, PE-80, PE-63).
Color: black, grey conditionally. Volume up to 100T/month.
In the presence of several formulations with different percentages of polyethylene of low and high pressure:
pipe composition LDPE: 80% HDPE 20% (for the production of thick-walled tubes);
- regranulat pipe PE-100 (pure HDPE) (for the production of thick-walled tubes);
pipe polyethylene LDPE 60% HDPE 40% (for the production of thin-walled tubes);
- low-pressure polyethylene (НDPE, HDPE-273,276,277). For the production of packages of 25 mm, bottles, cans, tubes.
Colors white, blue, yellow, green, red, grey, blue, purple, brown, cherry, green, black. The amount of 30-40 tons/month.
Maybe to make composition under Your material. For example: 30% -70%, etc.
Raw material: waste pipe and blow molding production. Packaging: bags of 30 kg.
Working on our material You will have cracks, cavities and air bubbles. When you release the pipe it has a smooth surface.
