Antey relates to krupnorazmernymi hybrids with excellent resistance to herbicides with the active substance tribenuron-methyl (Sheriff, Webb, Gerstel, Ivan). By sowing this hybrid you can easily solve the problem with dicotyledonous weeds in sunflower crops. Characteristics of sunflower hybrid Antey This hybrid is recommended for cultivation in the steppe and forest-steppe zone of Ukraine, although there are also fields with Antaeus in the North of our country. When potential yield of 43 t / ha, the actual yield of hybrid Antey is 21-28 kg / ha. Growing hybrid Antey, you'll be able to take maximum advantage of the strengths of technology SUMO. After the vegetation period of sunflower postemergence herbicide Granstar type created all the preconditions for the control of annual and perennial dicotyledonous weeds in commercial sunflower crops (including weed). The ideal time to make postemergence herbicide consider phase 2-8 pairs of true leaves of the hybrid. It is important that the herbicide based on tribenuron-methyl does not affect the next crop in the rotation.
