Powerful drilling head with grooving saw allows you to perch effectively straightforward details. This layout allows to use a machine in any type of production.

Potovalna drilling CNC machining center SCM Cyflex F900 with fixed sloped Desk allows you to perform the following operations:
- vertical drilling in Plast - 12 vertical drilling spindles (7 in X and 5 in Y);
- horizontal drilling in the ends of the workpiece on 4 sides - 6 horizontal boring spindles (2+2 along X axis and 1+1, Y);
- the formation of straight grooves integrated grooving saw - circular saw fixed on the X-axis;
The fixed frame is fixed, made of steel welded plates, has a sloped working surface covered with bakelite. Working table made of bakelite, resistant to escorpiano parts and chips. The base of the machine is designed with special grooves to remove the wood shavings and dust from working area.
Stand with the working groups moved by construction, the gantry is made of welded steel plates of rectangular shape (Y-axis). Intelligent clamp, controlled by a computer produces capture the detail and sequentially moves it through the working area along the axis "X" to perform the required machining.
