Fullcapacity machine 22.07 and RAS 22.09 from the German company RAS - used to produce standing seam profile connections on the pipes of rectangular and circular cross-section of the sheet mild steel with a thickness up to 1.5 mm in the manufacture of drainage and ventilation systems, chimneys. Powerful gear motor machine provides stable performance and high working speed. Fullcapacity machine has seven or nine main stations on each side, which gives the opportunity to form two profiles rebated joints in high quality. When need of transition to other kind of seam connections are required replace the set of profiling rollers. To change the rollers and their technical maintenance, you simply remove the top cover of the machine. Fullcapacity machine RAS 22.07 comes without commercials. The necessary sets of profiling rollers are selected based on type seam compounds, the metal type and its mechanical properties thickness.
