Our company produces and sells hydraulic, automatic briketter for the production of fuel briquettes. Hydraulic automatic briquetting plant for producing briquettes of high quality from different plant wastes (sunflower husks, husk, sawdust, bark, hay, straw) with further use of the produced briquettes as fuel for various boilers.
Initially dry and crushed vegetal waste are immersed into the hopper, then fall into the pressing chamber. The chamber performs a compressing and simultaneously heating the crushed material. In the heat treatment process, and strong compression is carried out briquetting of raw materials, then the finished briquette out of briketter. Under the influence of the temperature of the surface of the briquette is melted, it serves as a long-term storage and convenient transportation of the briquettes. Air pellets do not ignite, as it does not contain concealed combustible since.
