The reference accelerometer model 8305 has a Central design, working in compression (reverse grip for 8305), which minimizes the sensitivity to deformation of the base and provides an unambiguous frequency response with low cross sensitivity.
The accelerometer has a stainless steel case and a piezoelectric element PZ 100, made of quartz crystal. Item is carefully prepared and provides exceptionally good thermal performance, resistance to temperature and long term stability.
