Fructose with vitamin C Maccast
- a natural fruit sugar, with the addition of vitamin C. Used in home cooking, in beverages, dairy products, canning of fruits and vegetables, for making cakes, jams, fruit salads, ice cream, desserts. Used in dietary and diabetic nutrition as a sugar substitute. Has a low glycemic index of 19 units. Does not cause sharp increase of sugar in the blood. Consumption of foods with low glycemic index reduces the risk of developing diabetes, cardiovascular disease and atherosclerosis, improves the condition of skin and controls body weight. Natural product has a pleasant taste that enhances the flavor and aroma of fruits and berries. 2 teaspoons of product (12g) contain ¼ of the daily requirement of vitamin C.
An adequate level of consumption of the product - 35g a day (5-6 teaspoons).
