Tape special design of the cord, specially designed for machine processing meat. Transportorul the product to a perforated drum and squeezes the soft parts such as the meat and fat through the holes. Hard parts, such as tendons, cartilage and bones remain outside of the drum.
In the result of the separation process is obtained minced meat or minced meat.
