Modern high-speed machines for production of sausage need reliable components. Belts are an integral part of this process. Flexibility, hygiene, speed and long service life are primary requirements which put forward the key equipment manufacturers.
The product is a polyurethane timing belt (aramid reinforced cords) super elastic rubber coating. The main feature of the belt is the unique shape of the surface, designed for contact and processing of sausages. Such belts, in particular, the machine for filling, komponovanie and hanging product.
The straps used in pairs and are parallel opposite each other. During synchronous rotation of the outer the surface of the belt forms a circular moving pocket, which clamps and transportorul sausage continuous the segments from the filling head to the weighing device.
